Steps to follow to host the package

Write to us at filmsatforums@yahoo.com to let us know that you are interested in hosting the package.

2.

You will be required to sign a Code of Conduct, which constitutes the set of basic rules you should agree upon before hosting the film festival. We request you to sign and return it to us via email.

3.

We aim to make the festival a self-funded project and we are therefore requesting a monetary participation from the groups willing to host the film package:

• Euro 800 or USD 1,000 for Universities, funded media institutions and NGOs.
• Less for groups which cannot afford to pay this amount of money but are keen on hosting the festival. Do contact us to discuss the issue.
• Free for small self-funded groups in Southern countries.

The price includes:

• Courier costs of the package back and forth;
• A bunch of festival's posters and brochures (in limited numbers);
• The possibility for the festival's host to receive the designed poster and brochure file on a CD for printing purposes [the brochure is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese];
• Administrative and logistical costs of the project;
• The possibility for us to send this festival for free to organisations and groups in the South which cannot afford it at all.
